We collect information that you provide to us directly, as well as data automatically collected when you use our Services.

Personal Information: Includes your name, email address, phone number, profile picture, birthdate, and payment/billing information when you create an account or monetize content.
Content Data: Any audio, video, text, or visual content you upload to our platform.
Usage Data & Device Information: Automatically collected data such as your IP address, device type, operating system (e.g., iOS, Android), device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, AAID), browser type, and interaction metrics with our app (e.g., session length, clicks).
Location Data: Coarse location data based on your IP address to provide localized content and comply with regional laws.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

Create, manage, and authenticate your account.
Facilitate content monetization and process payments securely.
Analyze platform usage to improve our algorithm, user interface, and overall user experience.

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We may share information only in the following scenarios:

Service Providers: With trusted third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors like Stripe/PayPal, cloud hosting providers like AWS/Google Cloud) that assist us in operating our platform.
Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of MEWE Entertainment, our users, or others.
Other Users: Your profile information and uploaded public content are visible to other users according to your privacy settings.

4. Data Retention and Deletion (User Rights)

In accordance with Apple and Google app store requirements, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can initiate account deletion directly within the mobile application by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting us at privacy@meweentertainment.net. Upon request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will immediately take steps to delete that information. Users aged 13-17 must have parental consent to use the platform.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and, if the changes are significant, by sending an in-app notification.

Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MEWE Entertainment. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application (iOS and Android), and all related services. By downloading our app or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Objectionable Content Policy

Strict compliance with this section is required by MEWE Entertainment, Apple, and Google.

MEWE Entertainment maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding objectionable content and abusive users. You are solely responsible for any content you post.

Prohibited Content: You may NOT post content that is defamatory, discriminatory, hate speech, bullying, sexually explicit, pornographic, promotes illegal acts, infringes on intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy of others.
Moderation & Filtering: We employ automated filtering and manual moderation to prevent objectionable content from appearing on the platform.
Reporting: Users have the ability to flag/report objectionable content and block abusive users directly within the app.
Enforcement: We will respond to user reports within 24 hours. MEWE Entertainment reserves the right to remove any content without notice and to permanently ban users who violate this UGC policy, with no right to appeal.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership of the original content you create and upload to MEWE Entertainment. However, by uploading content, you grant MEWE Entertainment a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform. The MEWE Entertainment brand, logos, app design, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of MEWE Entertainment.

4. Monetization and Payments

If you participate in our monetization programs, earnings are subject to our payment processor's terms and conditions. All in-app purchases or subscriptions made via iOS devices are processed through the Apple App Store, and via Android devices through Google Play. We abide by the respective store's guidelines regarding refunds and dispute resolutions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEWE Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Services.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms, specifically the UGC policies outlined in Section 2.
